Shipping

  • All items ordered from CrazyAboutJewelry.net and Susaneisen.com are sent using the United States Postal Service and are sent with delivery confirmation and are insured to provide a means of tracking the order to document when a package was delivered and that it was delivered to the proper address. Insurance and delivery confirmation does not require a signature upon delivery.

  • To check if your order has been shipped, you may call us (1-888-543-3824) or email us.

  • If your package has not arrived and...

    • Tracking information indicates the package has been delivered: Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.

    • Tracking information indicates the package is undeliverable: If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, we will make the proper attempts to get in touch with you in order to correct the address and make sure the package is sent to the correct place.

Shipping Address

  • We require that the shipping address and billing address be the same due to fraud liability. This is non-negotiable and is required by our merchant services provider.

Returns

  • Because returns relating to the majority of our items are of high value, we ask that you call us (1-888-543-3824) or email us regarding any return so that we may handle them on a case-by-case basis. Please describe in detail the reason for the return, the item wished to be returned, and any other information that will help us determine whether or not a return is in order. All returns are discussed with Susan Eisen, President/Designer, and are resolved accordingly.
